Specialized EMDR, weekly therapy, and intensives to build skills, pace trauma work, and support change without overwhelm.
Many people come to therapy knowing something is wrong, but not knowing what to do with what happens inside them. Others have insight, coping skills, or previous therapy experience, but still lose access to what they know when stress, attachment wounds, or trauma responses take over.
My work is built around a custom framework I call Psychoarchitecture: a structured way of understanding how stress, memory, attachment, capacity, energy, boundaries, and state shifts affect healing. Instead of pushing trauma work before your system can hold it, we build the skills, pacing, and readiness needed to work with difficult material as directly as possible without overwhelming you.
This allows EMDR therapy to be more than a technique. It becomes part of a larger process: understanding what is happening, building enough stability to stay present, working through what is stuck, and helping you feel more at home in your own skin and mind after trauma.
EMDR intensives can be useful when weekly therapy feels too stop-and-start, when a specific trauma target needs focused attention, or when your system needs more time to settle into the work before the session ends. Instead of opening difficult material for 55-60 minutes and then trying to pack it away until next week, intensives create more room for preparation, processing, stabilization, and closure.
If you’re ready to explore whether an EMDR intensive or trauma-focused therapy is right for you, schedule a free consultation. We’ll talk through your goals, your questions, and which approach makes the most sense for your situation.
