I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist, EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training, and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor. My clinical work focuses on EMDR therapy for complex trauma, attachment wounds, emotional overwhelm, stuck relational patterns, and the nervous system responses that can make change difficult even when insight is present.
My approach integrates advanced EMDR training with attachment-informed therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, structural/systemic thinking, ACT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Over time, this has developed into a structured framework for understanding how stress, memory, capacity, boundaries, state access, identity, and readiness shape the pace and effectiveness of trauma work while also making the process easier for clients to understand and use.
In addition to providing psychotherapy, I supervise and consult with other clinicians, particularly those interested in attachment-informed therapy, complex trauma, and advanced EMDR implementation. I am also developing and beginning to offer trainings based on this work, including advanced resourcing and structured trauma treatment preparation. My goal is to make difficult clinical work more organized, more precise, and more human without reducing people to protocols or abstractions.
